Les Mill’s 3rd Quarter

Okay. I cannot resist. It was a great photo, and I just need to mock up the DVD cover for the release. We don’t have an asian cover, don’t we?
Every single 4 months or we refer them as a quarter, instructors for the Les Mills program group together for a workshop to train, improve and to learn the latest release of each program. They are Body Combat, Body Jam, Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step and RPM.
As like any other regular class taught in the gym, we step into a room for a group exercise class only this time, instructors are the participants, while we have our program trainers working together with us to improve the presentation of the program.

It’s a whole day event. Instructors around the region will group together for all programs.

What simply means, we get to know people around us who does the same thing as we do, and for those we already know, it’s a great time to get together. That will be SaiKit for BC & Simone for BC & BJ.
