Sunrise, low tides

Relax n chill, cos I have stories to tell

The week went by quite quickly – not without pain though. I spent loads of time tossing between editing wedding photographs, and preparing the wedding fair. Designing the brochures, announcing them on the blog, printing more albums, printing those big prints and framing them up, new name cards, setting up new company.. woot…. idealwedding is now, Ideal Wedding Studios. Fair amount of work to complete since the fair was announced just shy of 1 week ago.

Here are some of our product shots – believe it or not, taken by my 15 year old brother. I might recruit him…. hrm, maybe.

A shot of my new name card that I will be distributing from now on.

These were my helpers. See the resemblance? They are family. Thank you thank you thank you and thank you you all. Couldn’t possibly do it without the help.

Ideal wedding couple. Personal friends of Jason & Rachel, and I shot their wedding early 2006. Han Ler is our ideal wedding baby!

Mom decide to come even she do not really know the way. Look who she brought along….

Grandma. They had fun I hope. “Kepoh”ed around the fair, and watching their dear grandson presenting his work to potential customers.

Friends came by to support!

And sai, thank you for entertaining my family while I was busy yacking to passerby.
Some tried to make it, but couldn’t in the end – really, the thought that counts. Your smses were great. Your calls were encouraging and I am touched by you all. Did I mention that the Facebook msgs were also incredible. It was very nice of all of you guys.
Well, it wouldn’t be such a big deal if you ask me. A small booth, 2 easel with 2 photos in it, a couple of photo albums, and some computer screens to display the works. The bigger deal was the fact that this was my first ever exhibition and I really do not how it would turn out to be.
It was quite an experience. I love the fact that I am finally *sob* having an exhibition.
It wasn’t short of small little pleasant surprises during the event. I love the fact that my family & friends were behind me. They were super efficient packing up too. It is either they can’t wait to get out of the place, or they just wanted me to work less while I jam away with my friend on my guitar hero. I wish everyone had a chance to play the game during the fair….. uh well…… maybe next time.
And out of the blue, when I was caught off guard, my name was announced @ the ballroom stage. I mean, I’ve stand on the other side of this before (lucky, lucky!), but never on this side. This was my first.

Giving away a lucky draw! Congratulations on your lucky draw u both!
Lastly, definately not the least. Thank you for those who came visited our booth. I hope the experience has been a pleasant one, and you would be interested in our services. Cheerios ppl!
