It’s been really an interesting, and fantastic week. My mates at the gym brought me out for dinner at TGIF after my Tuesday class. Thank you guys. That’s Purdey, John Tan and Sharon posing with their food ready to dig in.

Today, was my first…..

I attended Les Mills’ Quarter 2 at KLCC yesterday. Here are some shots of Body Attackers in action while I was there.
