True Fitness launched the Les Mills Q3 of 2007 over the weekend. I couldn’t make it on the Friday night but I was around to minggle on the following Saturday witnessing Body Attack, Body Jam, RPM and Body Step launch.

No, not that kind of beat that I’ve been blogging about the ipod here.  This week marks the begining of a new Les Mills quarter, at least for some gyms that I’ve been teaching. The jammers were busy rehearsing their moves last night after my class.

True Fitness will be launching Les Mill’s 3rd Quarter 2007 coming Friday and Saturday.

I was trapped and locked and tortured by these bunch of people at the gym yesterday after my class. They were forcing me to see laugh out loud with their hilarious steps and moves - and that my friend, is going to be the launch class for Body Jam. Actually, it was me to insist of staying on to see and photograph the practice. All well and fun, so don’t forget to come and join in the fun, cos I am sure you wouldn’t want to miss the fun.

Okay. I cannot resist. It was a great photo, and I just need to mock up the DVD cover for the release. We don’t have an asian cover, don’t we?

Every single 4 months or we refer them as a quarter, instructors for the Les Mills program group together for a workshop to train, improve and to learn the latest release of each program. They are Body Combat, Body Jam, Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step and RPM.

As like any other regular class taught in the gym, we step into a room for a group exercise class only this time, instructors are the participants, while we have our program trainers working together with us to improve the presentation of the program.
